These terms describe the ReadReceipt AI Search service, operated by Flexvoyage Ltd t/a ReadReceipt AI Search, in plain language. Questions are welcome at naftali@getreadreceipt.com.
The diagnostic
The AI Search Opportunity Diagnostic is a fixed-price service at £199 covering one company, one product or service, 10 to 20 buyer questions, up to three competitors and up to three AI engines. You receive a focused AI-search diagnostic: brand status for each question, cited-source analysis where available, a narrow crawlability check, identification of inaccurate or incomplete brand information, one prioritised opportunity, one clear next step, a baseline and retest plan, and a recorded walkthrough.
What the diagnostic is not
The diagnostic is not a complete SEO service, a website rebuild, unlimited content production or ongoing marketing management. It does not include implementation, ongoing monitoring, guaranteed rankings or guaranteed AI citations.
Application, payment and delivery
Applying is free and does not guarantee acceptance. If your application is accepted, you receive a private payment link and a structured evidence-intake form. Delivery takes place within five working days after both payment and the completed intake have been received.
The optional intervention sprint
If a worthwhile opportunity is found, you may continue into the 30-day AI Search Intervention Sprint at £1,250 total, with the £199 diagnostic payment credited and £1,051 remaining. The sprint covers confirming and putting live one approved page, content or limited technical change, verifying relevant tracking, retesting the same buyer-question set, comparing the result with the baseline, recording what changed and what remains uncertain, and a repeatable operating handover.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel the diagnostic for a full refund at any time before the buyer-question set is approved and baseline testing begins. Once testing has begun, the diagnostic fee is not refundable, because the work has started. You can cancel the sprint for a full refund of the sprint payment before work on the approved change begins. After work has started, any refund is limited to work not yet carried out. If the operator cannot deliver a service you have paid for, you receive a full refund for the undelivered part. To cancel, email naftali@getreadreceipt.com. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Software
You receive your diagnostic findings, evidence, clear next step and any purchased implementation assets. The reusable SignalRank and Marketing OS tools remain the operator's internal systems and are not transferred.
No guarantees
AI systems change frequently and are outside the operator's control. The service provides evidence and a testable recommendation, not guaranteed rankings, citations or commercial results.
