This page explains what ReadReceipt AI Search, operated by Flexvoyage Ltd t/a ReadReceipt AI Search, collects through this website and the private client intake, and why. It applies only to the AI Search Opportunity Diagnostic and the optional AI Search Intervention Sprint described on this site.
When you apply for the AI Search Opportunity Diagnostic, the form asks for your name, work email, company website, the product or service to assess, your ideal customer, what you would like to understand about AI search, and optionally up to three competitors, together with your consent confirmation. The form never asks for passwords, API keys, analytics access, payment details or file uploads.
If your application is accepted and paid, you receive a private intake link. Access is confirmed with a one-time code sent to your email. The intake collects company details, approver name and email, real buyer questions and where they came from, competitors, approved company facts, claims to avoid, relevant pages and any optional information you choose to share, such as Search Console or analytics summaries. You may upload files (CSV, TXT, PDF or DOCX). Please remove personal or sensitive information about your customers before uploading. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and are only accessible to you and the operator, so that every finding can be traced back to its source.
Application information is used to review your application, decide whether the diagnostic is suitable for your company and contact you about it. Intake information is used only to deliver the diagnostic and any sprint you purchase. It is not used for marketing lists and is not sold.
This site uses PostHog to record page views so the operator can understand how the site is used. Automatic click tracking is switched off, and browsers that send a Do Not Track signal are not recorded.
Information is processed by the providers needed to run the service: website hosting and database storage, an email delivery service for application notices, access codes and intake messages, and PostHog for analytics. These providers process data on the operator's behalf and not for their own marketing.
Payment, if your application is accepted, is arranged through a private payment link and is not taken or stored on this site.
Applications, intake answers and uploads are stored in a private database and private file storage. They are not published or indexed, and each client can only see their own company's records.
